Job summary

Sakar International's art department is seeking a highly creative graphic designer with extensive packaging and display experience. You will own package design from initial concepts through uploading approved final designs to our factories, collaborating across markets and licenses.

Responsibilities include creating innovative concepts, ensuring work is suitable for domestic and international locations, and managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in package design, graphic design or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time design experience.
• Experience in creative packaging design and die lines from scratch in Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own package design from concept through final upload to factories.
• Develop concepts and ensure designs suit domestic and international markets.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong visual design and layout skills with attention to detail.

The art department at Sakar works on every product and package design we manufacture, so we are looking for a graphic designer with extensive packaging and display experience, who is super creative. This person will be responsible for package design on new products from the development of initial design concepts through uploading approved final designs to our factories. Sakar is a fast, nimble company with huge growth potential, so while working here you will have the unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across many different markets, and a variety of licenses.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrates a strong, developed sense of creativity and foresight along with sound design judgment
• Ensures project design work is suitable for both domestic and international locations
• Works quickly and with very minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
• Requires hands‑on creative
• Excellent visual design and layout skills with great attention to detail

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude.

• Bachelor's Degree in package design, graphic design or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time design experience
• Experience in creative packaging design, including creating package die lines from scratch in Adobe Illustrator
• Fluent in office computer programs; Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Possess exceptional time management skills
• Ability to think under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Be incredibly organized
