• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar in the state of employment (CA).
• 1–3 years experience in global incentive/compensation projects and related advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing global incentive programs.
• Draft client correspondence, memos and legal opinions.
• Advise on regulatory, tax and cross-border issues in cross-border transactions and reorganizations.
