Prescient Edge is recruiting a Junior Geospatial Analyst to support a Federal government client. The role emphasizes spatial analysis, GIS support for USSTRATCOM J2, and ArcGIS Enterprise utilization.

Candidates should have at least three years in geospatial sciences, proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise and Python, and a TS/SCI security posture. Responsibilities include creating maps, dashboards, and data automation for DoD contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Geospatial Sciences or Geography or Remote Sensing or Geospatial Intelligence.
• 3+ years of demonstrated relevant geospatial experience in spatial analysis.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise and Open Geospatial Consortium standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Government in understanding adversary weapons via Spatial Analysis and Support.
• Provide GIS support to USSTRATCOM J2; depict intelligence spatially.
• Assist with area limitation and mobility models for adversary weapon systems.
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise installation and operation.
• Produce web maps and web mapping apps; use ArcGIS GeoEvent Processor for DoD feeds.
• Advise on information sharing to support operations, crises, and exercises.
• Assist in designing the digital production environment and automate data workflow for J2/J23 outputs.
• Support J23 with Geodatabases and Python scripts for aeronautical, topographic, hydrographic data.
