Castalia Systems is seeking a Junior GEOINT Analyst to work on site in Colorado, supporting our federal client with GEOINT requirements. The role requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance, and work will be performed onsite in Aurora, CO.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in IMINT/GEOINT, training or a degree in GEOINT, ArcGIS proficiency, and the ability to perform deep analysis, think critically, and communicate effectively as part of a dedicated intelligence team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of IMINT/GEOINT experience; degree relevant to GEOINT can supplement
• At least one year of recent IMINT/GEOINT operational experience
• Attended certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar program)
• Functional experience using ArcGIS or similar
• Experience with multimodal imagery
• Must be a self-starter, able to perform deep analysis, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and communicate well
