Job summary

Woongjin, Inc in Plano, TX is seeking a Junior Generative AI & Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and support AI-powered enterprise applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI technologies.

You will work with Python, REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and cloud services to build RAG, AI agents, and AI-powered chatbots, collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and LLMs.
Experience with LLM-based app development (academic/project).
Understanding of RAG and AI knowledge retrieval concepts.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Build AI-powered enterprise solutions leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock).
Create RAG solutions using enterprise data sources and vector databases.
Develop Agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution and tool use.
Build AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar tools.
Perform prompt engineering and optimize LLM responses for business use cases.
Integrate Generative AI capabilities via REST APIs and backend services.
Develop AI chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
Assist with deployment and operations in cloud environments.
Participate in MLOps/LLMOps activities including CI/CD and monitoring.
