Slack is hiring a junior General Counsel in Hillsboro, Oregon. You’ll apply Clio and Paralegal Certification to support day-to-day operations, move decisions forward, and keep meticulous records.

You’ll work hands-on with colleagues and Slack clients, owning a slice of Slack’s mission end-to-end while maintaining accountability. Ideal candidates bring mentorship experience, integrity to own mistakes, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong time-management judgment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support junior teammates
• The integrity to flag your own mistakes first
• 1+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illnesses
• Proven Time Management judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit

Responsabilités

• Apply Innovation and Paralegal Certification to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Slack clients as needed
• Own one slice of Slack's general mission end to end
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
• Convert Relativity chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
• Support daily operations at our Hillsboro site and keep workflows moving
• Keep the Slack backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next
