Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Junior Generative AI Application Developer to join our hybrid team in Irving, TX. You will contribute to AI-enabled software development, integrate Gen AI tooling, and collaborate across back-end, front-end, and data platforms to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work within Citi's engineering practices, participate in design sessions, and learn from senior technologists while expanding your expertise in modern AI frameworks, microservices, and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and agent development is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into robust software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end microservices and AI-powered features.
• Collaborate in agile teams across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality software.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality with testing and reviews.
• Explore Gen AI tooling and agent design to enhance product capabilities.
