Qualifications

• Four-year ABET accredited engineering degree (Engineer).
• Ability to monitor changes in technology with skill in developing, testing and recommending new ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare technical reports, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ability to lead, work independently, communicate effectively, and establish rapport.
• Ability to define problems, collect accurate data, draw valid conclusions, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement engineering standards, equipment specifications, SOPs, and work practices for natural gas facilities.
• Evaluate materials, equipment, technologies, and construction methods for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain engineering guidance documents, design criteria, and construction specifications.
• Manage capital, maintenance, and reliability projects from conception through completion, including budgeting and procurement.
• Develop project cost estimates and manage budgets to improve cost effectiveness while maintaining safety.
• Lead and support MOC processes for facility modifications and process improvements.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT, ASME, API, NFPA.
• Support regulatory compliance through audits, documentation, and evaluations of changes.
• Provide engineering oversight during construction and review of drawings and documents.
