Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 3 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of software development experience.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and containerized deployments.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support AI model infrastructure under guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop and maintain production AI services, including retrieval-augmented generation and autonomous agents.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC principles.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of AI platform components.
• Follow security best practices for AI systems and data.
• Work in ambiguous spaces to define structured, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and uphold engineering standards.
