Job summary

CtrLoop in Forward Township, PA is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer to work across a Django backend, a TypeScript web client, and a React Native app with Claude as your pair.

No sprints, no staging, no hand-offs. You’ll ship flag-gated features via a 10-stage pipeline, verification by running the app, and growth into the Engineer DRI role and beyond. New grads welcome; mentored by senior engineers; contribute back to the design system.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome, 0–2 years experience in Python/JS/TS backend/frontend
• Proven ability to ship with APIs, data models, tests and SQL basics
• Experience with React on web and React Native is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and verification by running the app

Responsibilities

• No sprints. No staging. No hand-offs.
• Every feature runs a 10-stage pipeline where Claude does the heavy lifting and a human DRI drives every step.
• Contract-first: a frozen backend/frontend contract + simulator before any code.
• AI-native execution: Claude Code writes most of the code; you direct it, review it, and verify by running the app.
• One Design System: build using a shared component library; contribute back to the system.
• Flags, not staging: verify locally, merge behind a feature flag in production; rollback with one click.
• Artifacts, not meetings: each step outputs a structured doc for the next Claude to read.
• Done = demonstrated: screenshots, green gates, a flag, and a one-click rollback.
