Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of software development experience; academic projects or internships count.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and code validation.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and debugging.
• Interest in working with diagnostic instruments and lab testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance responsive web features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build backend services and REST APIs with .NET 8 or Python (FastAPI).
• Contribute to dashboards, monitoring interfaces, alerts, and software update tracking.
• Develop instrument-facing applications (applets) and cloud communication using MQTT/AMQP/REST.
• Write clean, well-documented code following established standards.
• Assist in building deployment packages, Docker apps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Gain hands-on AWS experience (ECS Fargate, S3, SQS, CloudWatch) and perform release validation.
• Test software on physical instruments in a lab; validate changes on hardware.
• Develop automated unit/integration tests and report defects; collaborate with labs and field engineers.
