Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The individual will utilize various coding languages to work on both front-end and back-end systems, assisting in creating user interactions on websites and platforms, and optimizing databases and services for better functionality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Analytics Technology team with software design and coding
• Manage front-end and back-end website applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop web features, troubleshoot errors, resolve bugs, and improve software efficiency
• Write automated unit tests and provide feedback during development

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional experience or relevant internships
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Knowledge of C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core) or Angular
• Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
• Awareness of UI/UX best practices
• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

What We Offer

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and performance bonuses. The role offers a hybrid work model, with in-office work Monday through Wednesday, and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.
