Job summary

WebCreek Technology Inc in Houston is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to help build and support enterprise applications using React and NestJS, with emphasis on backend architecture, data processing, and security.

You will work with MongoDB, Redis, OIDC-based security, and deployment tools to deliver scalable applications, own features from development to production, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience building full stack apps with React and NestJS.
• Backend APIs, data processing, and computing workloads.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Experience with authentication/authorization concepts (OIDC or similar).
• Experience with queueing systems and production deployment.
• Ability to own features and collaborate across teams.
• Strong communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack apps using React and NestJS.
• Build backend services, APIs, and logic for data processing.
• Work with MongoDB, Redis, OIDC-based security, and queues as part of the architecture.
• Participate in technical discussions and propose practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues across frontend, backend, database, and deployment layers.
• Take ownership of features from development through production support.
• Collaborate with leads, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to system quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
