Job Description: Junior Front End Software Engineer (Remote)

This is a full-time, remote position for a Junior Front End Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces, implementing design changes, and ensuring the seamless functionality of Avantos’s web applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining user interfaces for web applications.
2. Implementing design changes and updates.
3. Ensuring the smooth and efficient functionality of web applications.
4. Coding and debugging front-end code.
5. Collaborating with backend developers and design teams to create responsive and user-friendly applications.

Technical Requirements:

1. Must-have: Experience with React.
2. Preferred (but not required): Experience with Typescript, Golang, Next.js, Vitest, Playwright, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Docker.

Additional Information:

1. The role is fully remote.
2. Quarterly travel to NYC is expected.
