Albertsons Companies is hiring a Front-End Team Member in Wisconsin. You will help provide a smooth checkout experience, handle transactions, assist customers, and keep the front-end area organized and welcoming. You’ll rotate between checkout duties, bagging, stocking, and general store upkeep to meet changing customer needs.

We value friendly, reliable service and teamwork. Training is provided and benefits are available for eligible employees; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with friendly, efficient service
• Process purchases and handle cash, card, and digital payments
• Keep front-end area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and general front-end upkeep
• Adapt to changing customer flow and priorities throughout shift
