Better Being Co. in the United States is seeking a Product Development Junior Scientist to support the development, testing, and scale-up of solid dose, liquid, and personal care formulations.

Under general supervision, you will assist with laboratory testing and prototype development while following quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to multiple projects from concept through commercialization, perform batch records, stability studies, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Coursework, internship, or laboratory experience in chemistry, food science, pharmaceuticals, personal care, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of chemistry principles related to formulation, testing, and stability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document work and results.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of solid oral dosage forms and personal care formulations.
• Execute bench-scale trials to evaluate ingredient compatibility and stability.
• Assist troubleshooting for new and existing formulas and identify root causes.
• Prepare batch records and manufacturing instructions to support scale-up.
• Conduct routine testing of materials, prototypes, and finished products and document attributes.
• Maintain formulation records and project documentation in internal databases.
