Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Conduct continuous forging evaluation and optimization.
  • Assure Forge Quality Control and Continuous Improvement.
  • Lead forging design reviews across ECG facilities.
  • Develop and maintain standard work instructions.
  • Maximize Ellwood Crankshaft Group capabilities.
  • Lead or participate in various assigned projects.
