Phase two adds new product formulation for Sales projects, commercialization, pricing, and specifications, paving the way for advancement to Food Innovation Scientist.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, degree-preferred role on the formulation team.

Responsibilities

• Batch and cook formulated products for development, matching, and sample requests.
• Attend daily QA sensory sessions and report issues, revision requests, and other findings to the PD team.
• Check specifications on samples and products, including water activity and other applicable measurements.
• Create product renovation formulas and rework (RW) formulas.
• Complete Synergy revised-formula and revised-instructions workflows.
• Maintain consumable stock inventories and ingredient inventories, including ordering supplies and write-offs.
• Clean the PD production area and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lab.
• Ship standard packages.
• Participate as a panelist in triangle testing.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and quality standards.
