Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Less than one year of job-related experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce financial, statistical, and operational analyses for management.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for general ledger accounts.
• Prepare routine reconciliations to support ending balances.
• Assist in semi-annual operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze profitability drivers across departments and products.
• Aggregate investment data for accounting purposes.
• Support quarterly Call Report and other regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with business units and Finance teams on projects.
