Qualifications

• BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business recommended.
• 0-2 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience with variance analysis and costing techniques is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, Pivot tables, and reporting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages.
• Update existing financial models for data aggregation and analysis.
• Extract and evaluate data to measure KPIs across business units and channels.
• Review daily inputs for delivered and wholesale transactions to produce a daily P&L dashboard.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends for Finance and Sales management.
• Track hedge book to physical inventory and refresh Basis Report daily.
• Support footnote preparation and schedules for financial statements.

Primary - ** ****** Assist in measuring and evaluating the company’s progress toward achieving its monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational goals as well as map out future financial and operational goals and plans. Secondary - Collect, report and analyze data on sales, costs, marketing, margin, operating efficiency, and financials.

** Summary:** Responsible for financial modeling, analysis, and decision support for operational activities. The position will work with business unit leaders to develop and analyze potential growth opportunities and drive efficiencies in the current business.

1. Assist the finance and accounting team in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly financial
   reporting packages: Includes extracting and aggregating data, and evaluating performance metrics relating to various business units and channels of distribution

2. Assist the finance team by updating multiple already existing financial models used for data
   aggregation and in depth analysis reporting.

3. Extracting, aggregating, and evaluating data to measure key performance metrics relating to various business units and channels of distribution

4. Review daily data inputs by the billing teams for both delivered and wholesale related transactions to result in a “daily” P&L dashboard

5. Analyze sales data and identify and communicate trends to Sales and Finance management

6. Track Daily hedge book to physical inventory and update the ‘Basis Report’ on a daily basis

7. Assist the finance team in account analysis and help prepare financial statement footnotes and supporting schedules

8. Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis relating to customer profit reporting

BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business recommended

Experience: 0-2 years

Prior experience in Variance analysis, Unit Costing, Futures trading, recommended

Prior experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, Pivot tables, Reporting, needed
