Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an FP&A associate to support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. You will build financial models and decision-making frameworks to support engineering, GTM, and product. You will partner with leaders to guide resource allocation and surface expenses for review and optimization.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/economics and 0–2 years of FP&A or related experience, with strong Excel/Sheets modeling and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; Excel/Sheets proficiency required.
• Bias for action and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Help implement and improve finance systems, reporting tools, and internal dashboards.
