Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Finance Analyst to support project accounting for opportunities ranging from $1 million to $4 billion. You will handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cost control, helping manage labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.

This entry‑level position participates in month-end close and helps prepare a financial reporting package for project management, collaborating with operations across the Hood River region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with GPA 3.0 or above
• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience preferred
• Internship experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook expected

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cost control activities
• Assist with cost reporting and budget review for each project
• Contribute to month-end close and financial package preparation
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accuracy in billing and costs
• Help maintain internal controls around purchasing and invoicing
