Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Must be willing to travel within three hours to other cities to assist with materials testing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in adverse weather.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of testing, project-specific observations and site assessments under supervision.
• Operates testing equipment and conducts testing (soil, concrete, etc.) and reports data.
• Reads and uses drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
• Maintains detailed documentation and data from test results.
• Communicates effectively with client and project teams.
• Adheres to safety practices to ensure personal and coworker safety.
