The Division of Health Policy and Insurance Research (HPI) is one of five divisions within DPM. We do so using quasi-experimental and other health services research methods, with large administrative data sources (claims data, EHR data, survey data), with an overarching focus on access, quality, affordability, and equity of care for marginalized populations.
