Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Technician to support daily operational activities and maintain critical systems. You will assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment in a fast-paced environment at our Virginia area facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities to develop skills in operations management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph prior to start.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 0–2 years operations management experience.
• Basic understanding of operational systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of operational equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
