Job summary

Synergize Inc. in California is seeking an Entry-Level Event Manager to support coordination and execution of community events and nonprofit marketing campaigns.

You will be trained and mentored to grow in event management, public relations, marketing, and team leadership. As you gain hands-on experience, you will help coordinate campaigns, engage with the public, and represent nonprofit partners at events.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing, setting up, and executing community events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Community Engagement: Interact with community members, share information about nonprofit missions, and encourage meaningful participation and support.
• Nonprofit Representation: Represent Synergize Inc. and its nonprofit partners professionally at community events, outreach locations, and public engagements.
• Marketing & Outreach: Help execute in-person marketing strategies that increase awareness, strengthen community relationships, and support campaign objectives.
• Event Logistics: Coordinate event materials, displays, promotional resources, and setup and breakdown activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and leadership to maintain organized, engaging, and effective events.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor event participation, gather community feedback, and communicate campaign results to leadership.
