Qualifications

• Bachelor-level construction degree preferred.
• 0–2 years estimating experience or internships accepted.
• Interest in commercial construction and real estate development.
• Familiarity with estimating tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to understand scope.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial projects.
• Assist in developing conceptual to hard-bid estimates.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and analyze proposals.
• Prepare bid comparisons and cost-saving options.
• Support budgets and value engineering discussions.
• Contribute to RFIs, bid clarifications, and proposals.
• Coordinate with teams during preconstruction.
