Qualifications

• Proficiency with estimating software or construction takeoff tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, including time, materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze plans and specs to determine quantities and costs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate with subcontractors for quotes.
• Support bid strategy, profitability analysis, and project turnover to operations.
• Assist in bid reviews and documentation for awarded projects.
