Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare budgets and estimates
• Solicit and organize pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Help prepare bid proposals, scope sheets, and project budgets
• Compare bids and identify scope gaps, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate estimating files, vendor information, and historical cost data
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and senior estimators
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed
• Support the handoff of awarded projects from estimating to operations

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional to develop estimating, project-planning, and subcontractor-management skills while supporting a range of construction projects.

Responsibilities
