Responsibilities

• Support the full estimating lifecycle with quantity takeoffs using digital tools.
• Gather cost data and coordinate with vendors and project teams.
• Assist with change orders and prepare detailed clarifications for scope.
• Communicate with vendors/subcontractors to obtain pricing and lead times.
• Maintain organized supplier and subcontractor directories.
• Learn and apply estimating software and cost management applications.
• Contribute to process improvements and lessons learned from projects.
