Job summary

MSB Estimating LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our team in Wisconsin. You will assist with construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation while developing practical estimating skills across different project types.

Key duties include analyzing drawings, reviewing architectural, structural and MEP plans, researching costs, organizing data, and supporting senior estimators to ensure on-time, accurate bids.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction estimating and takeoffs.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials and building methods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous estimating experience or relevant construction education is preferred.
