Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Field Administrative professional to assist in takeoffs, cost data interpretation, and bid package preparation for construction projects in the San Diego area.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate conceptual and cost-estimated figures are prepared for bids and updates.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Project Field Administration
• Ability to interpret cost data and systems
• Ability to read specifications and drawings
• General knowledge of construction costs
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Drafting and computer skills
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities
