Job summary

Phalcon, LLC is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our on-site team in Laurel, MD. The role supports the estimating group by reviewing plans, performing quantity take-offs, and assisting with pricing for materials and subcontractors.

You will compile bid packages, track estimates, and maintain organized documentation while collaborating with project managers, senior estimators, and field staff to ensure accurate bids and smooth handoff to execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; relevant experience in estimating or construction support is a plus.

Role Description

The Junior Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Laurel, MD. This role supports the estimating team in preparing cost estimates for utility construction, electrical contracting, and infrastructure projects.
