Job summary

Arrow Components is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime. This entry-level role requires hands-on work, following safety protocols, and guidance from senior staff to build technical skills.

The position is in-office in Reno, with overnight/early morning hours as specified. You will contribute to preventive maintenance and repairs, supporting manufacturing uptime and asset integrity as part of a

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical blueprints.
• Electrical testing proficiency.
• Soldering skills.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair programming adapters.
• Troubleshoot and repair down to component level.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance.
• Hardware and software computer repairs.
• Maintain integrity of company assets (inventory, supplies, equipment).
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
