Job summary

VTG in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Enterprise Systems Integrator I to support integration activities across systems, platforms, and stakeholders on government programs.

You will assist with documentation (ICDs, data flow diagrams), coordination, and technical analysis under senior supervision, participate in technical reviews, and help coordinate between government stakeholders, contractors, and system owners. Starting pay ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• 1–4 years of experience supporting IT systems or technical programs.
• Basic understanding of system integration concepts and enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred: experience with federal, DoD, or IC programs and multi-system environments; familiarity with Agile or systems engineering lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Support integration planning across systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Assist with analysis of system interfaces, data flows, and dependencies.
• Support development and maintenance of integration documentation (ICDs, data flow diagrams, integration plans).
• Track integration issues, risks, and action items.
• Participate in technical working groups and integration reviews.
• Support coordination between government stakeholders, contractors, and system owners.
