Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking qualified candidates for a Junior-Engineerto provideengineering analysis and management support to the US Navy. The selected individual will support Close In Weapon System (CIWS) capability updates and issue analysis.

Educations / Professional Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM degree program
• Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects

Required experience:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
• Experience working in a project-oriented environment
• Possess strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a Team environment

Desired experience:

• Experience with Navy Weapon and Combat System
• Experience with Software Development and Testing

The position will be located in Arlington, VA and will require travel approximately less than 15% of the time. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
