Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen to be eligible to apply for this position.
• Must be able to obtain secret clearance to be eligible to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Review event logs, develop standardized queries, and maintain these queries throughout their lifecycle.
• Quality assurance on events and escalations, including triage and root cause analysis.
• Lead in research and development of refinements and mitigations for security events.
• Serve as SME on Mobile Security, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management or Windows GPOs.
• Communicate and assist member offices in developing and deploying secure configuration settings.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to prioritize and resolve findings to improve security.
• Provide technical responses and guidance on security features of systems.
• Contribute to Cybersecurity project plans with timely updates.
