Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Junior Apparel Graphic Designer for a freelance, on-site role in El Segundo, CA. You will support embroidery program development across apparel lines, working within templates and brand guidelines to deliver production-ready files.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of graphic design experience and proficiency in Illustrator, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. This is a part-time, freelance position requiring 20–25 hours per week on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.
• Experience working with templates, systems, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive production work with care.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Apparel, embroidery, or production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update embroidery placement artwork for apparel, accessories, and related product categories.
• Apply approved icons, typography, and artwork to pre-built placement templates.
• Follow established embroidery placement standards, production specifications, and technical guidelines.
• Prepare accurate, organized production files for internal review, sampling, and execution.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining consistency across styles.
• Track assigned styles and deliver work accurately against project deadlines.
• Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to resolve placement and production questions.
