Job summary

TEKsystems in Austin, TX is seeking a motivated Junior Email Marketer to support customer communications across email and digital channels under the guidance of the Senior Email Marketer.

You will assist with campaign setup, segmentation, testing, and deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain templates and lists, monitor performance, and contribute to reporting. This is a contract, onsite role offering hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content setup, segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Technology teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
• Support the creation and maintenance of email templates, Cloud Pages, and subscription lists.
• Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights.
• Participate in A/B testing efforts to improve engagement.
• Assist in quality assurance checks, including link validation and tracking parameters.
• Help maintain deliverability standards and support list hygiene practices.
