Job summary

IES in Huntington, WV is seeking an Entry Level Utility Worker to assist in the repair and fabrication of electro-mechanical components using manual lathes, shapers, drill presses, grinders and electroplating.

The role requires basic knowledge of machining, mechanics, math and metal properties to support maintenance and manufacturing operations. A high school diploma and 0–2 years of related experience are typical. Onsite training provided to develop practical skills.

Qualifications

Ability to meet certifications in a specialized area, if required.
Strong ability to read and follow verbal work instructions.
