Job summary

CA CI is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support our customer at NSWC Crane in Indiana. You will help define electrical system approaches, develop models, and provide inputs to system architectures while ensuring timely delivery and quality across multi-disciplinary teams.

Required skills include DoD familiarity, ABET engineering education, strong communication, and experience tracking schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
Ability to support schedules and site processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate across senior leadership and installation teams.
Experience tracking deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
Experience with requirements generation, traceability, and reviews.
Experience with program management and governance boards.
Experience conducting technical exchange meetings.
Experience working in team environments and document control.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.
Ensure quality products and services are delivered to the customer.
Define electrical system implementation approach and operational concepts.
Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.
Provide technical inputs related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff.
Support electrical system analyses for total system product integration.
Attend project meetings as assigned.
Project coordination and document control, including generation and review of technical documentation.
Monitor project team and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
