Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a junior ECVC associate to join its expanding ECVC group in Los Angeles, San Francisco or Palo Alto. The practice focuses on representing innovative tech companies through formation, financing, and acquisitions, as well as the funds that invest in them.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience, stellar academic credentials, and strong communication skills. Quantitative and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm.
• Stellar academic credentials and references.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; quantitative/Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join the ECVC group in the Los Angeles, San Francisco or Palo Alto offices.
• Advise on and support business formation, financing transactions, and mergers & acquisitions for innovative tech clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues on matters at a national level; contribute to high-quality client service.
