The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi‑billion dollar technology market leaders. Candidates must have at least two years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm, strong written and verbal communication skills, stellar academic credentials and references, and quantitative and Excel skills are preferred. • Compensation range: $235,000 to $260,000 annually (dependent on qualifications and experience).
