Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Junior Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team. You’ll work with clients either as part of their team (team augmentation) or on a FullStack product team to deliver a product.

The role requires 2+ years in product management, strong English, and a four-year degree. Experience with Shopify/Magento/Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Agile practices is valued. Initially remote in the US, moving to a Las Vegas hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Strategy.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital transaction environments, optimizing user journeys, checkout/booking flows, and driving conversion rates.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, RESTful APIs) and backend integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with in-office Las Vegas.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client teams or on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product.
• Manage backlogs, define scope, and write clear user stories in an Agile environment.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and drive conversion through informed product decisions.
