Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing, AI-driven digital agency and certified Shopify Experts team. You will manage your own client portfolio across sectors (fashion, supplements, jewelry or B2B), executing 360° marketing strategies, monitoring results, and communicating insights clearly.

This 100% remote role requires 40 hours per week with overlap with Spain business hours (CET).

Formación

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or managing an eCommerce store
• Shopify knowledge is imperative
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset; can distinguish visits from conversions
• Customer-centric, proactive, detail-oriented and autonomous
• Native Spanish with professional English proficiency
• Availability for 40 hours/week with overlap with Spain CET hours

Responsabilidades

• Brand management: run day-to-day of assigned accounts and plan promotional calendars
• Performance & CRM: set up/monitor paid media campaigns (Meta/Google) and email flows (Klaviyo, Shopify Email)
• Analytics & Reporting: use Shopify/email reports to derive insights and propose improvements
• Shopify Operations: catalog updates, discount setup, product page optimization; UX testing
• Continuous Innovation: integrate AI tools into creative processes and competitive analysis

Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote, Latin America (Argentina is the priority location due to overlap with Spain business hours)

Work Arrangement: This is a remote/telecommute position.

Employment Type: Full Time Independent Contractor (temporary, fixed term engagement until approximately June/July 2027; 40 hours per week)

Industry: eCommerce / Digital Marketing Agency

Compensation: €800 EUR per month, plus potential performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time, 40 hours per week, with working hours aligned with Spain business hours (CET) and daily overlap

English Proficiency: Professional English proficiency

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join the brand management team of a fast growing, AI driven digital agency and certified Shopify Experts team.

You will manage your own portfolio of clients within an assigned sector (fashion, supplements, jewelry or B2B), working closely with the Performance team under the guidance of the strategy area. Your mission is to execute, monitor and optimize 360° marketing strategies, making sure every action is delivered on time and results are measured and communicated clearly.

This role is ideal for a detail oriented, customer centric marketer who is comfortable with Shopify and eager to grow in a 100% digital environment.

What You'll Do

Brand Management

• Run the day to day of your assigned accounts
• Plan the promotional calendar and ensure flawless execution

Performance & CRM Support

• Set up and monitor Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) in coordination with the Performance team
• Set up and monitor Email Marketing flows (Klaviyo, Shopify Email)

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Email Marketing, automation and Shopify reports and metrics to produce insights
• Turn findings into improvement proposals for the account and for internal operations

Shopify Operations

• Catalog updates, discount setup and product page optimization
• UX testing of client stores

Continuous Innovation

• Integrate AI tools into creative processes and competitive analysis (AI Benchmark)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at an agency or managing an eCommerce store
• Shopify knowledge (imperative)
• Solid foundations in AI tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Email Marketing
• Analytical mindset: able to tell a visit from a real conversion
• Customer centric approach, initiative, attention to detail and autonomy
• Native Spanish
• Professional English proficiency to support international clients
• Availability for 40 hours per week with overlap with Spain business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience
• Experience with Klaviyo or Shopify Email
• Based in Argentina
