What will you do?

As a Junior eCommerce Analyst at firstmovr, your responsibilities would include:

  • Working with Excel and Google Sheets to analyze and manipulate data tables, creating custom formulas for color-coding and conditional formatting of data tables.
  • Maintaining customer projects and ecommerce sites, providing data analysis and insights as needed. Projects you can be placed on will include analysing financial metrics and building prognosis, assessing category data and KPIs, or analysing customer data.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and making recommendations for improving the company's data management processes.
  • Leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to develop custom assistants for analyzing and optimizing ecommerce content on retailer platforms.
  • Conducting qualitative analysis of ecommerce content to assess accuracy, consistency, and overall quality, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consumer expectations.

Working hours:

You should be prepared to work some time in the European morning (for example, from 9 am to 12 pm CET) to do some editing based on comments from firstmovr's founder. You should also be available some time in the European evening (for example, from 5 pm CET).

Requirements:

  • Fluent English - you'll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US, so we don't want to see or hear any mistakes.
  • Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake. This skill is the most important requirement for this position since the whole role is about reviewing information and databases for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets - you will be working in them every day, and you can easily work with formulas and numbers.
  • Complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field. For this vacancy, we don’t have a chance to consider students since we need a full commitment because of the very important clients and projects, that is why we’ll only consider graduates who do not have any studies in their lives now.
  • 1-2 years of experience in (Marketing) analytics is preferred.
  • Great communication skills - you are easy to communicate with, you are not afraid to ask questions.
  • Structured thinking - you can structurize and describe the business processes and data models.
  • Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
  • Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to speak up for your own opinion - seriously, the company is looking for a person with many ideas, not just an executor.
  • Organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.
  • Goal- & detail-oriented - you can easily adapt to a fast-changing environment without losing your goals and targets.

  • Full-time job (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only recent graduates, last-year students and other junior specialists. Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
