Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Jr. DSP/Communications Engineer to design and implement digital signal processing systems for communications and radar, and to develop, deploy, and test software-based solutions.

You will work across systems engineering and testing, stay current with DSP technologies, and have the ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision. This entry-level role offers growth in a dynamic, mission-focused environment with active TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong DSP background with theory and practical development experience.
• Proficient in C++ and Python in Linux environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DSP systems for communication signals, radar signals, and other applications.
• Develop, deploy, maintain, and test software-based DSP solutions and related tooling.
• Collaborate across systems engineering, development, integration and test, deployment and O&M.
• Stay up-to-date with signal processing technologies and prototype innovative solutions.
• Ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and self-start.
