Rincon Research Corporation is seeking a Jr. DSP/Communications Engineer to design and implement DSP systems for communications and radar signals. You will develop, deploy, maintain, and test software-based solutions, and work across systems engineering, development, integration and test, deployment and O&M.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Strong background in DSP with practical system development experience.
Proficiency in C++ and/or Python in Linux environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Design and implement digital signal processing systems for communications and radar signals.
Develop, deploy, maintain, and test software-based DSP solutions.
Collaborate across systems engineering, development, and testing for field-ready products.
Proactively propose improvements and work autonomously with minimal direction.
