Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline or 2+ years of related experience.
• Interim secret level security clearance.
• Familiarity with ISP/OSP distribution systems design and documentation.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior field engineers in troubleshooting problems and following procedures.
• Support basic installation of equipment and infrastructure for the BIM contract.
• Help install new or upgraded technologies under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with end-to-end testing of fiber optic cables using OTDRs and related tools.
• Document findings and report issues affecting project progress to senior staff.
• Coordinate site access, equipment readiness, and schedule alignment with POCs.
