Job summary

Gable Signs & Graphics Inc seeks an Entry-Level Digital Technician to support staging, configuration, testing, installation, and service of digital signage, LED/LCD displays, media players, and related technology at our Baltimore headquarters.

During the initial six-month development period, you will work with seasoned technicians to gain hands-on experience across disciplines, learning our standards and workflows with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
• Entry-level role; prior digital signage/AV experience not required.
• Basic familiarity with Windows and network-connected technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the core duties, workflows, and standards associated with Gable’s integrated technology disciplines.
• Assist with the staging, assembly, setup, and testing of LED and LCD display hardware and related system components.
• Assist with computer and media player setup, imaging, configuration, software installation, and basic validation.
• Follow established procedures, checklists, documentation standards, and quality-control practices during system preparation and testing.
• Assist experienced team with digital display, kiosk, AV, and related technology installations.
• Gain understanding of interdepartmental relationships and how teams coordinate to deliver client solutions.
